A young girl's quest to bring cheer to cancer patients one at a time by creating vibrant homemade pillow cases to take with them to chemo treatments and hospital stays, in honor of our Aunt Willie Garrett.

Catching up!!!
Whew! I had no idea it had been so long since I have posted! Idle posting however, does not mean we have not been working hard!!! Cases has officially increased our monthly donation to 70 cases a month! We have begun splitting them between the Pediatric and Adult infusion centers and have added the radiation department as well! We are so excited by the support we are receiving from our volunteers and donors to keep us going strong!!! I think back to July 2009, when we took our first delivery of 15 cases, and I am amazed by how we have grown. It is so exciting, and fulfilling. We are hearing from patients occasionally, and that really keeps our focus, we ARE making a difference!!!
While our cases are making a difference for the patients in a tangible way, we also wanted to help in a way we can reach many more. Cases for Cheer, Inc, has a team for the Elk Grove Relay For Life. We ask you to join our team, or to sponsor us!!! We definitely need to grow our team in order to be able to make the 24 hour requirement for the Relay! Please Join us!!!
